One day I was ordered to reorganize a company. The costs were high and the efficiency low. SharePoint is a key technology that would reduce the costs and performance can be increased. But at the beginning there are blood, sweat and tears.
I studied electrical engineering and developed a lot of computer hardware and communication products for industrial use the last 25 years. I speak countless programming languages ranging from assembler to C#. I played with the very early beginnings of SharePoint. And in the year 2008 I rediscovered it for my work.
I think I should have some experience in managing medium and small companies. It helps to know well the strengths of SharePoint, and use it.
My motto: never organize a company this way that it fits to the application software.
